We're no longer selling individual books and videos via shop.oreilly.com—but we are definitely continuing to publish books and videos on the topics you need to know. What's going to happen to the digital content (ebooks & videos) I have in my account at members.oreilly.com?

Nothing has changed. Your DRM-free ebooks and videos are safe and sound, and you'll continue to have free lifetime access to download them anytime, anywhere.

How do I download my digital content?

Go to the Your Account page, then click on the Your Products tab. You’ll see a list of your digital content. Choose your digital content type (ebook or video), click the title, and then click the button for each file type you want to download. Click Send Ebook to send your ebook file to either Dropbox or Google Drive.

I just placed an order for a print book. Will I still get the book?

Yes, your book will ship as usual. You can always check your order history, and we'll send you tracking details as soon as they're available.

What digital format does Amazon sell?

Amazon sells the Kindle version (also known as a .Mobi file) of our titles. These can be used on your mobile devices or your computer using the Kindle app.

Where can I buy the ePub version of a book?

The iBooks and Google Play stores carry our ePub versions.

Where do I find the companion files and/or sample code for books that I purchase from Amazon or another reseller?

You can download the sample code and companion files from the catalog page at shop.oreilly.com regardless of where you purchased your print or digital content.

Will I still get notified when my digital content (ebooks, including Early Releases) is updated?

Yes, you'll continue to receive all relevant notifications.

I purchased a print book. Can I get the ebook at an upgrade price?

No, we’re no longer selling individual ebooks. But of course, all of our ebooks are available to Safari members.

Where can I report or see the Errata on a book?

You can still report and read Errata on the catalog page for each title at shop.oreilly.com.

I'm a reseller. How do I place an order?

I'm an instructor. How do I receive a complimentary digital copy of a book you distribute for review or desk copy?
