Ram Peddibhotla is the System Software Marketing Director in the Software and Services Group at Intel Corporation. In this role he is responsible for setting Intel’s open source business strategy and driving Intel’s open source ecosystem and marketing engagements across the spectrum of Intel platforms – from enterprise servers through handhelds. Previously, Ram served as a Director in Broadband Wireless and Communications Infrastructure groups at Intel where he oversaw software planning, product marketing, business development and program management functions. Prior to Intel, Ram held a variety of software management and engineering positions working in the areas of software application and infrastructure development. Ram holds a B.S in Electrical Engineering from Osmania University, an M.S in Electrical Engineering from University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and an M.B.A from Santa Clara University.
