This book is useful for Database Design, Relation Theory. It has a lot of exercises, that helps you understand more. But I hope Author will explain more each theory. I believe you can use this book for Database Class in the University and learning on my own. But I'm still recommend you use "C.J. Date's Database Design and Relational Theory: Normal Forms and All That Jazz Master Class" video also.
