Highly recommended, I've read other books on Photoshop and most felt like it was a chore but this manual really excelles. It's fun to read, motivational and comprehensive. Topics are described well, there are tips galore and sample files so you can play along.
The book is in depth manual for the new features and works as a quick reference tool as well.
The Author provides easy to understand instructions combined with great color illustrustations I also have the Brilliant Photoshop CC in paperback which is also excellent

Comments about oreilly Photoshop CC: The Missing Manual:

This is the first Photoshop book I have bought in years. Since the tool has changed so much in the last 2 updates I needed an in depth manual for the new features but something that would work as a quick reference tool as well. Lesa has managed to provide both in this book. Her easy to understand instructions combined with great color illustrustations and explanations of why Photoshop works the way it does give me a much better understanding of how to use the filters and other features. The print book is heavy, I may get the ebook as well.

Comments about oreilly Photoshop CC: The Missing Manual:

You can never go wrong with Lesa Snider. Her instructions are clear, her screen shots ample, and she covers everything you need to know--especially if you download the missing disk. Whenever I need a quick new instruction or a refresher about some command or preset, it is to Lisa I turn. This is the third missing manual I've bought (CS5, CS6 were earlier purchases); this time I went electronic, because at more than 900 pages, the printed book is a tad unwieldy. That's the only drawback I can find. The e-book is a lot easier to mouse around in, too.
