Way beyond my capabilities, the initial literature about the book seemed to indicate that a beginner could use this text. Of no use to me.

Quickly covered WebGL topics with great examples. What these lessens are good at is bringing many technologies together to that make working in WebGL productive.

Comments about oreilly Programming 3D Applications with HTML5 and WebGL:

I bought this book in the first place to get a good overview of what is out there readily available in HTML/WebGL without necessarily immediately starting to use the code. Having gone through the book I am convinced that it allows me to easily find more detailed knowledge if and when needed. Which is exactly how I think about a reference book.

This book is very well-written and helpful(so far), but is a little tricky unless you are extremely familiar with JS, and read it several times.
