Comments about oreilly Building a Responsive Website with Bootstrap:

I found Brock's video to be an excellent way to learn to use boostrap elements on a real (but simple) static website. I learn best when I'm following examples rather than reading reference textbooks.

Brock speaks clearly and includes lots of useful tips for both using bootstrap elements and building websites in general - for example what tools to use for both Mac and PC.The video is divided into small topic related sections which makes it easy to navigate to sections of interest.

The one downside of learning through watching a video is that if you want to follow along on your own computer you have to stop and copy the code fragments. In doing that I found that bootstrap and some of the tools had changed a bit since the video was produced so I needed to make a few changes. At the end of the series I found that actual demo website is on Brock's server so you can copy code and images from it to reproduce it more accurately. It would have been nice to have a download of the images and other files used.

Overall an excellent introduction to the bootstrap design concepts and how the elements are used in practice. And a bunch of useful ideas, tips and tools as well.
