Use Cell Styles

  1. Select the cells you want to format.

  2. Choose Home?Cell Styles. In Figure 7-9, you see a gallery of predefined styles.

Format Cells as a Table

  1. Select the data you want to format as a table.

  2. Choose Home?Format as Table. A gallery of Excel themed formats appears. (See Figure 7-10.)
