I don't give a vote so low for a book just because I'm having problems downloading the source files.Starting from this page [@] it works correctly for me. Indeed, I find that the quality of Microsoft Press books has improved a lot in recent years. I really like the bi-colour black and blue font of the pages (maybe a TimesNewRoman font could be better), the binder very flexible and the excellent quality of the paper.I have not found typos, and the various procedures step by step are accompanied by clear pictures and detailed explanations. The teaching method of explain the concepts is excellent.
