Comments about Microsoft Press Microsoft® Exchange Server 2010 Best Practices:
The information and content layout is great and the authors do a great job of writing and communicating. Similar to the Powershell 2.0 Best Practices, there are a lot of sidebars written by Microsoft experts like Ross Smith and other respected Exchange veterans.
The book doesn't have a lot of step by step instructions on how to set up and configure Exchange, but rather it has information on how Exchange works to help you make your own designs and solutions. Exchange deployments and environments are mostly unique and the information here is invaluable to help you make the best decisions.

Comments about Microsoft Press Microsoft® Exchange Server 2010 Best Practices:
I really enjoyed this book. I haven't read it all (as is perhaps most people's use case), but I really wanted to learn about Archiving and UM. We're now evaluating UM and installing Exchange 2010 Archiving right now (and looking forward to SP1 as well). Thank you MS Press!
