      Comments about oreilly Unbeatable Resumes:

I try to use all the stars when rating - a better than average book is a four, not a five. Despite Dr Phil writing two pages. Despite the hyped up language, despite the title - this book is surprisingly good.
The book is based largely from the answers to 3,000 questionaires asking hiring managers what they look for in a resume. The answers to that alone is worth the price of admission.
The advice given makes good sense, some of it common sense, some of it surprised me (and I've re-written my resume five times and had it professionally done once), but was based on good research.

Give it a try. It's worth the price.
