    If you find yourself disengaged with the young team, this book explain the reasons.

    The book started off with macro view of global stage, how east meets west, and case studies on how some business make it, whilst some break.

    It then talks about how environment affects the business and individual. With the global economy shift and environment awareness, how they affects individual, explaining why consumers are demanding choices nowadays.

    With that, it moves on to the internet age and the Y-generation, their behaviour and expectations. Along with the openness comes challenges to management on how to ensure integrity and reputation.

    Which leads to next topic: demographic change and generation gaps. How would the organisation attract talents while keeping the experience staff.

    The world now demands a open leaders, who share the vision, entrust and empower the people, or the "Altrocentric" leadership, compare to "Egocentric" which would break in face of the new generations, their mindsets and the connection they have.
