Comments about oreilly The LEGO Adventure Book, Vol. 2:

I was given a copy of the original LEGO Adventure Book, Vol. 1 through O'Reilly's review program and was able to get a copy of Vol. 2 through the same program, which I'm appreciative of.
This book covers pirates, spaceships, dragons, cars, and quite a few other models.
Much like my original review for Vol. 1, my thoughts are again similar here. The authors do a good job giving detailed pictures of how to build one model. Some basics of what you should consider are also given when making derivatives of that model along with pictures and that's where I think the strength (and weakness in a way) of the book comes in to play.
For one wanting explanations for every model, this isn't for you. However, if you're willing to learn and be creative and try things out, it's an excellent model for how to expand your building skills with LEGO.
It's a nice compliment to Vol. 1. Just be sure to have a lot of different LEGO pieces!
