    If you now and then come up with ideas that your organization could benefit from but feel most of your ideas get rejected, stuck in benefit analysis, or forgotten, then you should buy this book.

    The book explains the difference between Suggestion Box organizations biased toward rejecting unnecessary ideas, and Idea-Driven organizations focused on exploring ideas.

    With all the experience the authors have, almost all instructions how to migrate to an idea-driven system are accompanied with one or more real-world examples. This makes the book very interesting to read.

    With the good outline of the book, an acceptable level of duplication, chapter key points, relevant real-world examples, and hands-on instructions, this book is worth four stars at least. I give it five stars since the content of this book is game-changing within organizational management.
