    This is a quick read with little hyperbole - which is good as you will want to be able to revisit chapters later. It contains the authors tips and tricks on how to be better organised which leads to achieving your goals. There's a lot of practical advice that the author uses. I would say that this book embeds Allen's Getting Things Done. In some sections there are similarities with Allen's approach (which is not a bad thing). If you find yourself starting the morning wondering what to do this book might help you make better use of your day.
