This is an introductory guide to new-in-the-block web designers and user experience professionals. It is written following the principles the authors reccomend: to the point, easy to understand and very clear.
It covers the essential aspects to consider when designing a professional website or product.
These principles have changed a little from 2013, when the bnook was finished, but the essence is the same.
This is not a hands-on book, it is a primer guide and does the job very well.
