This book will take the reader from a casual interest in Ember.js through to building a complete application. Along the way we’ll cover the current state of client-side web development, the history and evolution of Ember, and the projects and challenges that have informed its design. Then we’ll dig deep into each of Ember’s constituent component libraries, demonstrating how each operates on its own and how they work together harmoniously as a framework.

Comments about oreilly Developing an Ember.js Edge:

This is a really good fast paced examples driven introduction to ember, by far the simplest I have found. You should then be able to learn using ember guides and master this excellent framework.

Comments about oreilly Developing an Ember.js Edge:

I purchased this eBook before they joined the O'Reilly catalog and I have nothing but good things to say about it. Many other EmberJS learning resources tend to just walk you through a simple app and present some concepts. This book goes a bit deeper into how Ember works and helps you build a solid foundation on Ember.

Just keep in mind that this edition does not cover ember-cli and related tools but other than that, this is a really good book
