Nice Writing, But Not Much There

      By Reader

      from San Jose, CA

Comments about oreilly Choosing a JavaScript Framework:

There are only about 50 pages in the book with Chapter 1 starting at page 11 and lots of white space. I read the book in it's entirely in 20-30 minutes and I'm not particularly technical or knowledgable on the topic. I was a little disappointed as I found all the same material on a google search comparing frameworks minus the code snippets for the real estate example.

The writing style is nice and informal and this book has potential, but was misleading given that the number of chapters marked complete doesn't really reflect the amount of content currently in the book.

I hope to get more content as the book wraps up, but will probably have to make a number of decisions around frameworks before this is done.
